Mom's Kitchen

My family is a little family and not rich but everything I believed in God hands then we are ok by the grace of God always. My mom she is a little cook (I called her that) she cook food and goes to sale in market and everyday by the grace of God we got enough money to survive.

People will wait to buys my mom foods then mom love to calls them “KHA” it from “KHA PRA JUM” its means a regular customers. The people knew that mom cook not same other that sale in same market because mom chose the good thing to cook and cook to customer as cook for ourselves.

The menus will be changed something only but we cook main foods for few thing are;

1.       Keang Kheaw Wan Kai (Chicken Green Curry) test of Chicken Green Curry are Spicy, Salty, Sweet and test of coconut milk.

2.       Paneang Moo (Paneang Curry with Pork) test of Paneang Curry with Pork are Spicy, Salty, Sweet

3.       Pud Ped Pla Duk Tod Krob (Crisp Catfish with Spicy Sauce) test of Crisp Catfish with Spicy Sauce are Salty, Sweet but little spicy

4.       Pa Lo (Sweet Black Soup with Egg and Pork) Black Soup made from Star Anise, Clove, Pepper, Fennel Seed, Cinnamon, test of Crisp Catfish with Spicy Sauce are Sweet and Salt
